Project Description:
The proposed project includes construction of a 3 story, mixed use building (the Palm Market on the 1st floor and two condos on the second and third floors) with 4 underground parking spots.

Project History:

• 2007-03-13: Developer meets with the FNA zoning committee
• 2007-02-13: FNA zoning committee hosts a community meeting regarding the proposal. All residents of Fishtown are eligible to vote.
• 2007-03-20: 39 people voted on the project presented at the community meeting. Attendees voted to support the project concept WITHOUT the proposed underground parking, 36-3.
  • Local voters (~500 feet of the project): 19 in favor, 2 opposed
  • Community voters (other Fishtown residents): 17 in favor, 1 opposed
