Project Description:
The proposed project is new construction of ground-floor commercial space with 11 condos above.

Project History:

• 2007-03-13: Developer meets with the FNA zoning committee
• 2007-04-02: FNA zoning committee hosts a community meeting regarding the proposal. All residents of Fishtown are eligible to vote.
• 2007-04-02: 27 people voted on the project presented at the community meeting. Attendees voted to support the project, 19-8.
  • Local voters (~500 feet of the project): 5 in favor, 2 opposed
  • Community voters (other Fishtown residents): 14 in favor, 6 opposed
