Project Description:
The proposed project is alterations to existing shell for first floor retail with residence above. Addition of staircase to rear of structure.

Project History:

• 2007-03-13: Developer meets with the FNA zoning committee
• 2007-04-10: FNA zoning committee hosts a neighbors meeting regarding the proposal. Voting is limited to immediate neighbors.
• 2007-04-10: Local neighbors voted 3-0 in favor of supporting the project.
